ColdFuze Flex™ 1 Gallon Jug

ColdFuze Flex™ in a 1-gallon jug is a cold-applied crack sealant engineered to meet the demands of municipal road maintenance. With its advanced formulation, you don’t need to buy or rent an expensive hot kettle, nor does your team need to tolerate equipment breakdowns, burn risks, fumes, and slow start/shut down procedures. ColdFuze Flex is applied cold, straight from the container, with no melter and no heat-up. Hot pour melters take 60 to 75 minutes to reach application temperature for small kettles and up to 3 hours for large ones (FHWA-RD-99-147). Seal on days hot pour cannot: hot-applied sealants need a dry crack, so crews lose the morning after dew or rain to lancing. ColdFuze Flex can be applied to a damp crack with no standing water.
