This submittal package covers Perma-Patch® Regular Mix and Quick Set Mix, polymer-modified, pressure-activated cold patch materials for the permanent repair of asphalt and concrete pavements.

Perma-Patch® Regular Mix

  • Polymer-modified permanent cold-mix asphalt. Ready to use, no heating, mixing, primer, or tack coat.
  • Open to traffic immediately after compaction.
  • Places in any season, −20F to 120F, including cold and damp conditions. Bonds in damp holes.
  • Marshall stability 2,350 lbf. Tensile strength ratio 85. IDEAL-CT cracking index 94.0.
  • 100% particle coating, no stripping in boiling-water or 20,000-pass Hamburg testing.
  • Compact with a hand tamp, plate, or vehicle tire. No special equipment.
  • Two-year shelf life, unopened.
  • 30 and 50 lb pails, 50 and 60 lb bags, 2,000 lb supersacks.
  • Independent AASHTO-accredited laboratory testing. Line-by-line conformance statement available on request.

Perma-Patch® Quick Set Mix

  • The same polymer-modified cold mix, formulated for warm climates and MRO work.
  • Applies 40F to 120F+.
  • Accepts traffic immediately. No drying or curing time.
  • Places in water-filled potholes.
  • Applies as thin as 1/4 inch.
  • Bonds to asphalt, concrete, steel, and wood.
  • 60 lb bags, 30 and 50 lb pails, 2,000 lb bulk bags.
  • Laboratory data in this package covers Regular Mix. Quick Set Mix test data available on request.
