What Black Elixir Seals Out:
Black Elixir seals out what ages asphalt: water that gets into cracks and freezes, and sun that burns out the binder and turns the surface gray. It goes down easy and smooth, dries deep black, and locks the surface against both. The black you see is the protection, a coat that keeps water and UV off the asphalt underneath.
